In words I cant fully justify describing about my stay in sofehomestay. One will have to meet me,have a drink and the oral narration would have been better. Not everyone can give me company to hear it so let me write few words.
That was in June 2010, I stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Athough we were new immigrants but since my wife and one kid was going back so I was looking to spend this time of staying in safehomestay as vacation only.
It was real pleasure to see & listen some one laughing everyday, he is the landlord Thomas. Laughing even while working and that too all the time, I never seen anyone in my life. With Thomas around assistance for guests is just at the corner or infornt of you. New immigrants come on hope and that hope is always fortified by Thomas.
Safehomestay is so neat & clean that it is hard to keep that cleaniness even at your home. All amenities are provided as shown or claimed at the time of booking.
It is good to stay, cook, spend time with other guests around you. I felt being in a family only. I learnt a lot during my stay and made few good friends.
This post would have been incomplete if I dont write about Carol. She is quite a charming lady and I must appreciate her efforts to make the guests comfortable. Welcoming kids of guests with Cake in room's fridge, bringing icecream for kids gives some what very warm feeling.
Spending 30 days with Thomas and Carol at their place have become cherished moments in my life.And if you want to know more, you will have to reach me, have drinks and listen. By the way I am not far from safehomestay, Thomas and Carol.

Reccommend Safehomestay to anyone who wants to get a flavour of Canada. Multi cultural and frndly, you get an opportunity to mix with loads of people.
I will always cherish my days... discussions with Uncle Derek, Ben and the many Ex Safehomestay guests coming back to where it all started.

I will never forget the impact of a little note I saw when I first came into the house, it was something like: ”There are no estrangers here, only friends who haven’t met”. That is true here, I felt it.

I have the rewarding experience of meeting great people from all around the world and had a fabulous HOME STAY experience.
