Additional guests in the same room is an extra $ 5.00 per person (max 4 people). All rates quoted in Canadian Dollars. A $20 refundable cash deposit is required for the key. The full payment is due in cash only upon arrival. In some circumstances you may required to pay a non-refundable deposit for your booking to be confirmed, through PayPal.

Our Accommodation Policy:
Check out time is 11:00 am. Check in time is 1:00pm.
Total accommodation fee is required when checking-in. Please be advised that
----our prices are net charges in Canadian dollars and we only accept cash.
Guest may see accommodation before checking-in. Once checked-in there is no refund
----(Except the security key deposit). For early departure / check-out due
----to your change of plans, money paid is not refundable.
Guests are welcome to use our home address for applying any legal papers.
This is a non-smoking house. No pets. No breakfast is provided.
No Shoe Policy. Safehomestay are accustomed to taking off dirty/wet shoes at the door.
----Please bring house slippers..
No Smoking, candles or incense allowed on the property. You will be asked to vacate
----the property if these rules are not followed.
Towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and indoor slipper are not provided.
----Please bring your own.

FAQ: How can I confirm my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation voucher by email. Your confirmation voucher lists your reservation details (guest information, name and contact number, arrival and check-out dates, room type, total price and accommodation address). Click here for voucher sample.
